Remember to add a lot of water bcos it does get thick when there is not enough water in my shaker bottle.
I was looking for a preworkout/post workout product that wouldn’t give me tingling, needle like sensation when I’m working out. And this stuff works!!! Before I go workout, I eat an apple(which gives me energy) and drink the Amino Stim during and after my workout and it helps me so much. I don’t think it contains bela-alanine. The pineapple mango flavor was given to me as a sample during the grand opening of a new gym here in town and I fell in love with it. I like the Açaí Berry flavor and definitely buy again!!!

Decent taste if you use more water. I use it during my workout. Great energy boost without the weird skin tingling feelings. Will buy again and again
