I bought this chair for my craft room to replace my old one, it is very comfortable and moves round my craft room really easily making it easy to start crafting a again. It was reasonably easy to assemble just needed by daughter to finish it off as I wasn’t strong enough to put to the two pieces together. It is also very good value for money. This chair at its lowest is 20 inches or 50cm I was asked for this measurement but couldn’t find the question when I got home hope this helps.

The faults, the back does not align to the seat and sits 1.5 inches over due to the drill holes not being aligned, the back of the chair is think not as shown in the image at point of sale. The fabric stretches when you move and will tear easily. The drill holes to connect the arms to the seat and back where in to close meaning having to bend the back on the seat to get it together meaning the actual seating position is incorrect. The cotton is frayed and if you try to remove the dangling cotton it pulls the seam away. The anti tilt turning knob even when at max the chair tips backward when you move forward making it unsafe and the seating width is smaller than described meaning the arms dig in to your legs. Unable to actually speak to the seller. Amazon not interested either so will be asking the back to refund under goods and services act as this is not the product I believe I ordered.

I reviewed this product a few days ago. Almost as soon as I had assembled it and I gave it four stars. But since then I've used it on numerous occasions and find it to be a very good product, nothing fancy but good and solid and to be honest, very comfortable. Good back support, however there are no fancy bits and pieces just a good office swivel chair. So now I have given it five stars

Take a look on the photo ! It's very different..the back of the chair is not even the half of the width ! And the seat..there is no bending connecting to the back that's supposed to provide a good design...I was really scammed ! and yes, I will report this incident to Amazon for sure

The chair back is not at all as described, not as thick at all. It is very thin and quite uncomfortable on your back. Disappointed.

We had to be able to find a chair that would fit into a smallish space. This chair does just that for us.

Do NOT buy these chairs. All 12 were damaged and rust arms and just shocking.

The chair is well made for the money, easy to put together, the support is good! But I would of liked more firmness for the lumber area. And a bit higher for head support. Looks good.
