Excellent product, completely transformed my patio which after 30 odd years was looking a bit worn. Wife was happy with the result which was a bonus. Its now been down a year and its kept its colour but I will repaint it this month to freshen my patio up. Easy to do I use a 4 inch roller.

Bought this last year & painted our patio with it giving it 2 coats! Goes on well, dries quickly & looks very good giving an instant change to tired looking slabs! However, it required painting again this year but only gave it 1 coat & looks great again but looks like it’s going to have to be an annual job to do!

Really does a great job, great colour and coverage. It's very solvent smelling so take regular breaks with fresh air if you're around it for a prolonged period. If you buy this, this is essential! I was short on time (owing to two young kids), so I went over the patio with a jet wash lance once, without using a cleaning solution. There was lichen left, I thought it'd simply disappear under the Colour Seal and it did - until it rained. Then it came straight back through, ruining what I thought was a good job. CLEAN YOUR PATIO THOROUGHLY! I cannot fault this product, make sure you follow the instructions to the letter and you'll be very pleased with the results. Only annoyance is your have to bin the implements used to apply it, nothing cleans it off.

Great product. Always use 2 coats much better result and very water repellent. I found pouring it direct on to concrete and then using brush to spread speeded up process for me

Please dont listen to the coverage areas, both the tin and online states the coverage is Approximately 20-30 square meters per litre when applied with a roller or brush!! This is clearly not the case, not even close ! The 5 litre tin just about covers 4.5 square meters. Very expensive to get 3/4 of the patio painted and then need to order another tin, VERY DISSAPOINTED. The product itself looks good and will need a second coat and this is why I've gave 3 stars if the coverage was more accurate then 5 would of been given, its not like ive gave it a thick coat i tried to spread it about as much as possible but I'm really not happy, the picture shows how far the 5 litre tin goes ...

Followed instructions on tin for 2 coats, 1st coat then leave for 2 hrs and paint second coat! Good adhesion to an old slab! Out side our back door. We had quite a drop from door to driveway. My wife fell and and broke her ankle. So needed to build a step which is non slip.
