Don't even hesitate, get this bench and never look back!
This bench is truly impressive. I did a lot of research across different benches before choosing this one. I needed a bench that was a prefect height for bench press, allowed for a comfortable decline, and spring loaded pin adjustments for elevation changes, had a removable front foot and shin brace, and could handle more than 600lbs. I also needed it to be wide enough to be comfortable, but not as wide as the Rouge Fat Pad, as that's basically cheating when bench pressing. This bench hit every mark perfectly.. on paper. I got it yesterday and immediately assembled it. I was impressed with the weight of this bench and how sturdy it felt once assembled. The assembly took about 20 minutes and that was with chasing a toddler around who continued to run away with parts while giggling. The tools that it came with were real wrenches, not those flat pieces of steel garbage I've come to expect. I couldn't have been happier to see that. The pad is incredibly comfortable with just enough give to feel nice, but firm enough to provide the necessary support while pressing hard. This bench ended up being a no compromise solution to what I needed. It is literally perfect and I don't see myself ever replacing it unless I destroy the pad (not likely). This thing is built like a tank and hit the mark across the board. The height is absolutely perfect for bench press, the adjustments are perfect for lat pull downs or cable flexion rows, etc. The ability to remove the front foot and shin supports means I can get it directly up to the rack and utilized a full length of pull on my weighted rows. Ultimately, I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is that I didn't order this phenomenal piece of gear months ago. If I end up finding some flaw, I'll be sure to come back and update. If there's no update, it's because I couldn't find a flaw. I love this bench.

Cosmetic blemishes, some quality issues. Seller set it right.
It went together smoothly in under 20 minutes, no issues there. However: there is a bulge, or lump, in the back rest, about 2/3 of the way up looking from the seat. See images attached. Being soft, it does not get in the way of my workout, so I decided to keep the bench. But it cost it one star. Another star goes away for the set screws for the seat and back rest. I wonder how long the threads will last both on the pins and the frame. The threads seem fragile. Having said that, the bench is the right size for someone less than 5'6" tall. I'm 5'1", and it allows me to firmly plant my feet on the floor while sitting/laying down during workout. Another good thing is the relatively narrow back rest, which petite persons will find very comfortable for various types of workouts. The padding is adequate, stitching is good. Welds are good, so is the paint. I like the adjustability from -20° to 90°, and the adjustable leg rollers. The wheels are more for home gym rather than for commercial gym, but it rolls smoothly enough and it is not too heavy. About that, it may pose an issue with stability while using heavier weights, but for what I use it is perfectly stable. Overall, a well designed bench with lots of features going for it. Would have been 5 stars, if not for that bulge and the set screws' threads. March 1 update: I raise the rating to 5 stars. The seller sent a replacement for the defective back rest, and even offered a full refund. And after using the bench for a while I can say that indeed it is a great piece of equipment and it handles all my gym needs.

Real nice bench if caught on sale
I searched for a month trying to decide on a bench. I went back and forth, how much do I want to spend, how much do I need to spend, what features do I need and want. I caught this on sale, so for $XYZ amount, it has all the desired features I wanted. It's a FID bench that the seat adjustment/angle, matches the backrest angles available. This was for situps particularly, who wants to decline situps with seat at different angle?! It also has an adjustable depth of leg cushions, in/out, not up and down. This helps fine tune your comfort and as you bulk you can adjust out further. The backrest has multiple angles, much more than even most of the expensive big names. It may not matter to you, I wanted to be able to fine tune exactly the way I wanted to hit proper muscle groups and not at weird angles. Many YT reviewers complain about the way the pull pins operate to adjust seat and back. You absolutely do NOT have to screw it in after adjusting, for any safety reason. I used these exact same style pull pins at work, for heavy duty tooling changes at automotive plants. The only caveat I would add, if you are benching 300lbs+ and you are a big guy, I would recommend screwing it in before benching, just as a precaution. The rest don't have anything to worry about. Currently my bench is standing on end against wall. It's heavy duty enough for lifting, and light enough you can roll across floor and store. Women, have no fear, its easily moved by you or your teens. The balance is just right with the wheels. If I had to do it all over again, I'd not think twice buying again. No regrets at all. Happy lifting

Excellent bench with one flaw in decline position
This is very good quality bench. Good range of motion. Sturdy. Good size. Easy to adjust. I like it and kept it. The materials and craftsmanship are what you would expect for the money. It's not quite the same quality fabric as the next category up (the $350-500 bench range), but it's a step up from the normal $100-200 benches in everyway except the two cons below. Obviously I was choosing between the major players in this space (especially fitness reality and flybird), and even considering splurging for the superior REP benches, but money was too tight. They all have their pros and cons. It all comes down to cost and value. This bench is a good value when it's on sale, but at full price of $270, then definitely get the fitness reality 2000 for $200. I think it's slightly better then the fitness reality 2000, except for the major con below. It's going to be a lot better than the flybird benches, but those fold down and this one doesn't. So if space is tight, then the foldable ones will be better. The two cons of this bench are: 1. The leg position in decline is horrible. It could really mess up your knees I think. There was clearly no testing on this. The position is just wrong on full decline and does not adjust. Basically it holds your knees past 90 degrees and straight up hurts. Also, to adjust the lock pad requires an allen wrench instead of a handscrew, which is just stupid. These are critical errors in design. An add on foot locker could fix this, but no way Keppi is going offer that. They should though. If Keppi fixed this it would be 5/5 all day long, but a lot of people will want this bench for decline sit-ups and the leg lock position makes this feature unusable (or painful at the very least). I am able to do decline work, but I just don't lock my legs in the way your supposed to. It's a disappointment, but not a complete deal breaker. Buy one and you'll find out exactly what I mean. 2. There is no easy way to store this bench. It's big and in the most used flat position, it does not stand upright safely (you have to unscrew/adjust to an more angled position and then it will stand upright). So I wouldn't get it if space is tight and your going to be storing it that way. This isn't a deal breaker, but it's a weakness that could be easily resolved with testing. It will take up the floor space it requires and not store away or fold down easily. That's fine, not really a con, just be aware.

Great product, better than I expected, resnable price
I am thoroughly impressed with this weight bench! It is incredibly sturdy and well-built, which is immediately evident. I wanted a bench that could handle heavy weights without any wobbling or instability, and this one definitely fits the bill. It's solid construction ensures that there is no wiggling, providing me with a dependable platform for my workouts. One of the features that stands out to me is the extended backrest, which offers excellent support for my head and neck during various exercises. It's clear that the designers put a lot of thought into making this bench both durable and comfortable. What's even better is that this bench performs better than some of the more expensive options I've seen at local sporting goods stores and big franchise gyms. Safety is essential when working out with heavy weights, and I appreciate the attention to detail in this bench's design. The adjustable knobs securely screw in place, reducing the risk of any accidents or unexpected shifts during intense workouts. The delivery of this product was swift and in perfect condition, which demonstrates the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am genuinely thrilled with this purchase, and I have no doubt that this weight bench will last for a long time, remaining a reliable partner in my fitness journey. The designers deserve kudos for creating such a well-designed and dependable product!

Big Bench.
This is a "Big bench". I'm 6' 3" tall, weigh in at about 250lb and this thing supports my whole body plus room above my head. It's a very sturdy bench I took a little time before writing a review for this thing to find out what I liked and disliked about it. For the most part I enjoy this bench very much. So far it has supported my weight plus 200lbs while benching on it with ease. It far surpasses other benches I've had in the past. The only problem I have with it is the gap at the bottom and how the threading for the butt rest is in-between the cushions. I do feel over time the stiching could start to come undone with extensive rubbing and moving. The gap itself feels big while laying on the bench and trying to adjust on the bench could prove rough because of the width. The bench adjustment underneath is nice. You do have to screw it in and out to use the quick adjust feature. It does take a little bit more time, but i would definitely "Not" grind the threads off like any others on the internet suggest. It would not be a good day if 200+ lbs of weights came down on you. Just take your time. Do it right and youll be in a great routine with this bench in no time. Really that's it. It's a fine quality, heavy duty bench and I feel it will be in my household for a long time to come. I won't test how much weight it could hold ill just take the manufacturers word on it, but so far 450lbs feels great on this bench. Hope this helps.

The bench you want
Found a few reviews mentioning now wide enough or tall enough but nothing to understand how big they were - which compelled me to write this. I'm 6'5"; 280lbs when purchased - width is wider if not as wide as our commercial gym and definitely longer - and ample for my body frame with space to spare. Sturdiness is very legit, I can do sit-ups without and movement in my feet/legs. The decline is a very nice feature - easy to adjust quickly and move to new set of exercises. Bought first one of these for our house and then second one for our summer cabin - this is the bench to get, stop over analyzing it.

Best adjustable bench, super sturdy!
If you’re sceptical don’t be, this is an excellent bench! I was worried if it was going to be stable enough but for a home gym this is as close to commercial grade I have found and it’s a good price. It’s comfortable and easy to adjust angles and it took 15 minutes to put together. If you lift heavy you have nothing to worry about, there is no wiggle, it is very stable!

Bench Keppi1000

Great bench for at home
I like this bench. It declines, it inclines, it feels sturdy and it is easy to move around. It was a little pricier than some others on Amazon but I’m glad I went for this. It feels well build and I feel secure on it. Adjustment is easy. The cushion/padding is fairly thick and comfortable. No real cons to this bench, it is as it appears in the photos and after about 12 weeks with it I am still happy with it

Very solid bench
Product delivery was a week early, so very unexpected for around Christmas time. It was easy enough to assemble and the instructions were straightforward. I have used it several times now and it is a solid piece of home gym equipment. The only thing I don’t like is the leg attachment piece is spaced to close together for decline work if you don’t skip leg day. There needs to be more spacing if you have big legs. That is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Definitely a solid purchase and good bang for your dollar.
