Sound great mic great but head strap not comfortable

Received in good condition. It comes with a nice cable and a good-quality microphone. I ordered the Zebronics ZEB-JET Pro headphone on 17 February 2026 and received it on 18 February 2026. Unfortunately, the product I received appears to be used and not brand new. The packaging condition was suspicious, and after testing the headphone, I found that the left-side speaker is not working at all. The product is completely defective. When I tried to request a replacement on Amazon India, it showed a message to contact the manufacturer instead. This is very disappointing, as customers expect proper service and support when purchasing from Amazon. Receiving a used and defective product is unacceptable. Very poor quality control and unsatisfactory customer service experience.

I have been using this headset for around 2 years now, and overall the sound quality and durability are decent. It still works fine even after long-term use. However, one important thing buyers should know is the weight. The headset is around 480g, which feels VERY heavy during long gaming or editing sessions. For short use or voice chat it is okay, but after 1-2 hours I start feeling pressure and discomfort on my head and neck. If you are someone who plays games for long sessions, watches movies for hours, or wears headphones daily, please consider the weight before buying. I personally ended up avoiding wearing it unless I really needed voice chat with friends. So my advice: * Good durability and decent audio * But not ideal for long sessions because of the heavy weight Just wanted to make other buyers aware since weight is something many people ignore while purchasing headphones.

Very good headphone mic is alright rgb is also very good but you need an otg port to trun on rgb on mobile

its a great headphone i been using it for 4 years and its still in good condition and its sound is also good for gaming fps game like valorant and it is comfortable to use and it mic is also good the only downside is that mic build quality is little of and headphone durability is very good i have drop this headphone many time (hardy) and it work still fine and its size is also good best for low bugget gaming
