OXO Good Grips 11-Inch Whisk

As an avid baker, I really appreciate that the grip of the whisk is ergonomically designed to be sturdy and comfortable. I have worked with many whisks before, but this has become a favorite. I am able to handle longer whisking time just because my wrist doesn't feel as sore as I had with my other whisk. This is very important when you're making things like aioli by hand. I also like the slender design of the balloon. If you're working with a smaller bowl, you'll be able to whisk the batter in a more efficient way. Clean up is like any other whisk. I have to scrub within the wires to make sure I get everything. If you want maximum comfort in your hands and wrist, while having a sturdy and reliable tool, this is a good whisk to have in your cooking and baking arsenal.

Can really tell the build quality between this and out generic whisk. We also find that its much easier to sweep around the corner of bowls, ensuring good coverage of areas. The handle feels nice and comfortable, with no squared edges unlike our old whisk. This results in less fatigue and discomfort when doing a larger batch of batter or eggs.

Parfait pour mon usage

Fouet effilé avec une bonne prise, ne glisse pas en main et peut être utilisé dans plusieurs recettes, s'utilise aussi bien dans les grands ou petits contenants. Va dans les coins vu sa forme effilée. On obtient d'excellents résultats en cuisine. Recomnandé par les grands chefs cuisiniers. J'adore.
