Petlas Elegant PT311 Summer 165/80R15 87T Passenger Tire

I have several old cars and only one set of tires, so every time I want to move one I have to switch the wheels, they are all the same makes. I bought these because they were cheap never intending to use them on the road, but I will try to give an honest review. First off, they are 13" tires and I'm using them on a 1964 ford falcon 144 straight 6, I know whoever buys this car will upgrade to 14" wheels, so spending a lot on 13" tires makes no sense. The reason I mentioned the engine is because this car is not a hotrod, even if I was to drive it, I would probably never go on the highway, race it or drive it hard, so these tires would probably be good for that. I think the worst-case scenario that these tires would be great as a spare.

For the price, you can't beat these. Not sure the longevity of them yet however they were $57 delivered which is wild and mounted and balanced well on my wheels.

Replaced my motorcycle tow behind motorcycle trailer tires 4.80-12 Bias Ply with these Petlas Elegant PT311 Radial tires, what a difference in trailer handling, smooth and sure footed, it followed the bike with grace in all the curves. Tire is about 1 inch wider but the contact footprint is better. Trailer tires are too hard for small lightweight trailers

appearance is good. ride is smooth. i do question the long-term durability of the tires. if seeking a long-term high quality solution for serious use, these may not be your choice.

Very well made tire. Perfect size for my 1973 Super Beetle! Looks nice and is perfect for any weather. Can't beat the price.

I have an old Festiva, one of last cars sold in USA with 12in tires. This size used to be crazy cheap, not great tires, but cheap enough I didnt care. Then they became rare as hens teeth, special order only, and significantly more expensive than the 13in tires. I converted to 13in wheels and smallest 13in tires I could find. But for a spare the well area the spare tire fits is slightly too small for the 13in so need a 12in spare. Since it is a different size, I think of it as an "emergency spare" Or lose some very valuable space for hauling things if I haul around a 13in spare. Now I was very pleased, it mounted easily and noticed its a much stiffer tire than those el cheapo blob things that I used to buy. This is as good look and feel to it, as any 13in I have purchased, maybe better than some.
