Tone + Texture Renewing Body Lotion, Fragrance-Free, 18 fl. oz

I have been using Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion for many years. I hydrates my skin and that makes me less self concious about my dry skin. The lotion is fragrance free and it is just the right consistency. The lotion absorbs quickly and it is not greasy at all.

This is WONDERFUL. I’ve never used Aveeno before and the longevity is crazy. 5/5 It’s not greasy. It isn’t super thick, but the hydration LASTS. My mom was a Lubriderm lover but that stuff doesn’t do diddly for my dry skin that I’ve had since I was a kid. My skin feels soft, even if I skipped exfoliating that day. I had been using Working Hands on my legs to combat dryness and while it was effective, this is MUCH more effective. I was genuinely surprised by this moisturizer! 5/5 The texture is a medium weight moisturizer. It is easy to apply, you don’t have to really rub at it and tug your skin to apply it. You will immediately notice the softness, I expect that is from the oat creating a powdery sensation. But the hydration is obviously there, you can still feel it 24 hours later after clothing would have brushed any oat off. 5/5 It’s better than La Roche Posae Lipikar Balm AP, which is very thick and didn’t moisturize well at all, at least not for me. I tried that on my face too, and it was much too thick for my face. I’m going to try this on my face and see how it does, if it breaks me out or not. I’ll report back. The tube size is larger than I realized it would be so I’m very happy with the value. 5/5 EDIT AS PROMISED: So, I braved up and tried it on my face for 2 days, 2 applications per day as is my standard skincare routine. It was fine, it didn’t sting my rosacea at all, it didn’t cause a flare. Always a great result, so many products cause stinging or a flare or both. Zero issues with either. 5/5 But surprisingly it was not hydrating enough or barrier enough or something enough. My skin noticeably dried out. 3/5 It definitely is a matte moisturizer, which I don’t love for my face as that highlights all my texture. A more glossy moisturizer bounces the light right off of the rough areas. 3/5 I apply moisturizer twice daily, and Vanicream does a better job despite that it is very lightweight and I didn’t feel it would be enough for my dry aging rosacea skin in a very dry climate. As this didn’t do the trick, I swapped back and interestingly have to rebuild some hydration. I did not expect that at all, I genuinely thought this would be a great hydrating skin barrier after how amazing it is for my body’s skin. Alas. 3/5 I’m leaving the review as 5/5 stars, as when used as directed, it’s a magnificent product. It just didn’t work for my face, even if there are folks on Reddit who like it for theirs. Definitely try this out if you’re looking for a nice easy texture to work with body moisturizer that actually works, even in a dry climate on aging skin that is prone to flaking. I’m so happy I found this product and tried it out!

I use Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion every time I wash my hands. It absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy film like some other brands do. It makes my skin nice and soft. It seems to hold in the moisture in for a long time. It works well and I especially like that it does not have a scent. These tubes are light weight and a perfect size for my pocketbook. I will continue to use Aveeno.

Works great for my winter dry hands. It's non-greasy and fragrance free. It rubs in well and makes my hands feel great. I keep a tube in my purse and one beside my chair while watching tv at night. And it's always good to put lotion on at night so it has a chance to work all night. It does seem to keep my hands feeling great for hours.

A little goes a long way, especially in the Florida heat. You think you rubbed it in good and the sun hits it and it comes right back to the surface. I'm on my second bottle because it has no scent and it has good ingredients. Does it lighten, tone and renew? Let's just say it does not harm the skin and my skintone hasn't gotten worse. I will continue to use it

I just bought my fourth supply of this lotion; so, yes, I like it. I'm getting older and my male skin has become more prone to dryness. Both my wife and I don't like the aroma of most body lotions. Thus, I stick to those labeled "fragrance-free." Although this Aveeno is thus labeled, it does have a very faint almond aroma. We don't mind it, and it fades quickly. I typically apply the thick liquid in the morning and evening. It spreads and absorbs easily. The pump nozzle never gets clogged. HOWEVER, as other reviewers have mentioned, the only way to get the last 10% out of the bottle is to remove the pump, invert the bottle, and shake it. (This isn't convenient, and the viscous fluid comes out as a blob.) At this amazing Amazon price for two 24 fl. oz. bottles, I just assume that I'm paying for about 45 oz.

So great for my dry skin works better than so many other name brands . Recommended by my dermatologist.

My skin barrier has never been this damaged since last week, I bought this asap and it literally saved my face. It is very calming, it can calm and soothe my burning and itchy face immediately. The effect can last for like an hour. It has lots of barrier repair ingredients and is occlusive(but did not break me out) I think it is a better option for oily, acne prone, sensitive skin than LRP Balm. Thanks to this product my skin was able to recover for just a few days. Highly, highly recommended!
