Good and effective
I guess my sleep quality was improved with this. And I took it 2 times a day and the taste will not affect as it was like nothing. I guess it was value for money. As I took it this daily and after not using it for a month I guess I should take it again,😅

Efficient and works well
No side effects. Gives slow and steady increase of energy and could be taken daily without any issues

Standardized Withanolide Extract; Premium Marketing Outpaces Actual Yield
Capsules containing Nagori Ashwagandha standardized to 5% withanolides, paired with gold foil (Swarna Bhasma) and Shilajit. Withanolides help downregulate salivary cortisol and attenuate the physiological stress response. While the standardization is chemically sound, the inclusion of trace gold particles acts mostly as a premium marketing hook with subtle real-world metabolic impact.
