Is the metal on this barrel stainless steel?

I've been running this barrel for 5 weeks now and seems to be running good. Metal appears to be stainless steel to me since it seems to be heavier than what aluminum would be.

How to assemble Barrel

It is assembled. Tub and lid. May have to screw on knob to lid.

Our tumbler barrels are manufactured in China.

I am looking for a 3 lb barrel for a national geographic rock tumbler. Fo you have any idea where to find one.
