Best thing I have ever bought. Keeps me cool in bed on a hot night.

It nearly gave me a heart attack when I turned over in my sleep and it made loud gurgling noises! I thought I'd popped it and it was leaking chemical cooling fluid on my bed. Fortunately it wasn't leaking. It's good for that instant cooling effect but you can't sleep on it as once it absorbs all your body heat it retains the heat. And it's noisy if you move in your sleep. Think it's perfect size for a pet rather than human.

takes away body heat during hot flashes quickly. will warm up after a while but thats to be expected. Helps me get to sleep and should be a god send during the hot summer nights.

I bought this cooling mat for myself but very disappointed when it came as the size was much smaller than the photo showed it didn't go to waste in the hot weather the dog had it for his bed he enjoyed being cool . My fault really i shouldn't have just hone along with the photo i should have measured never mind its getting used just not by me 🤣🤣

Super cooling when you 1st get into bed. Works well on mattress under the top sheet and also Inside the pillow case, folded to cover both sides of the pillow.Does tend to hold the heat once it does warm up, so can be warm if you return back to bed. This is where putting into pillowcase is a bonus, if you are up several times in the night. A quick flip of the pillowcase, and you have a cool surface to put your head on.

It’s a good size but makes some very strange noises when you turn over on it in bed……. All in all I’m happy with the purchase.
