What is the source of the MSM and chondroitin...shellfish?

Unfortunately I don’t know, but one of my dog is mildly allergic to shellfish and she hasn’t had any problems with it. That being said if your dog has allergies to shellfish I would maybe contact the company, they may be able to tell you that. It’s not on and of the info on the container. Good luck

My container did not come with a scoop, how big is the scoop supposed to be?

I agree, I just got mine today and there is no scoop…..the label does not even mention how much is in a scoop. But the advertising says 4 Grams….so I guess I will measure the amount and see if it’s a teaspoon or tablespoon or ? Not happy about this!

My container arrived unsealed and there was powder all over the outside. Amazon says it can't be replaced or returned. What do I do?

Unfortunately I’ve come across the same thing, the best thing is to contact Amazon customer service they seem to always be very helpful and give a refund if you are unhappy

Does this come in a larger size?

No it doesn't however it does last a while I rotate 1 scoop one day and 2 scoops another for a week then I give every two days and seems to help.
