I was tempted to deduct TWO STARS because the items arrived in such a mess. They were in a plastic Ziploc bag, thank goodness. The caps were taped onto the bottles but during shipping excess leakage occurred from underneath the base of the rectangular caps, (both bottles) where the edges of the caps meet the bottle. (There was no leakage from the small holes that are designed to squirt the contents out for use.) Therefore the caps are not properly designed. They look fine but they are in fact a little loose and there seems to be no way to fix them. It was my intention to use them in gift baskets for Easter. However they are definitely not giftable with this defect! Suggest the manufacturer seal the bottles underneath the caps. That being said, the product inside the bottle is definitely worth five stars. The lilac and white tea fragrance is lovely, clean but not overwhelmingly strong or sweet. It lathers wonderfully and leaves a light fragrance on the skin. Skin feels moisturized but not sticky. I am going to find this product locally and purchase it for my gift baskets, and will probably try other fragrances for myself as well. I am very happy with the product inside the bottles and the cost is fair for a product this good!

Diluted, almost water like, difficult to squeeze amount needed from the bottle, so inconvenient that it is almost unusable. Very disappointing, vas expecting a lot… bad product
