Now I've changed it to 1 star because it broke after a couple of weeks. I'll go back to JLab earbuds, which have been consistently great.------------------------------------------There are far better alternatives at this price. Any jLab earbuds have much cleaner sound and are more rugged: I've had four different ones, and currently have the jLab J5's, which are a steal at the the current Amazon price of $15. Even the $8 Panasonic earbuds sound cleaner than the TKKOK.The sound of the TKKOK's is poor. The midrange sound is murky, and the treble is almost non-existant. The bass does sound good. The wires are cheap and stiff, and the earbuds don't extend out far enough for my ears. I readjusted the buds on my ears and tried again - still little to no bass. It sounded like music that would come out of my tiny little radio from the early 90s. Lots of highs, some mids, but no bass.I finally squished the buds into my ears with both hands and got a sort of okay amount of bass, but 1) not enough to be impressive, and 2) even if it was, who wants to sit around with both hands pressed to their ears?The only plus is that they really are comfortable, but that's really all these have going for them. That, and the price. Unfortunately, I'm looking for something with better sound quality, decent bass, and something that I can hear over most outside noise (not so with these).
