Handles get way too hot and it does work on all induction cooktops!
The pan was a great size and would have been perfect, except it gets way too hot and after a few minutes it loses contact with my stovetop induction burners and my burner stops detecting it. It's an Electrolux stove and I have been using induction cookware for years. This pan is not true induction capable and it only works on my portable burner. Also, the handles get way too hot to touch, so the pan tends to slide around and I have to keep a mitt on my hand to avoid getting burned. The pan seems to get super hot in the center and it tends to burn sandwiches in a few places before it griddles them and I always use the burner on very low temperatures. Overall, I'm disappointed and cannot recommend this pan as induction capable because it's only partially true.
