I bought these sketchbooks after doing some research on the best brands for artists since it was a gift for someone in my family who loves drawing and art. Let’s just say she was super shocked and surprised to get this gift! Art supplies can be really expensive, but with the sale Amazon had for the brand, it was an amazing steal! 🎨✨

I take the online castle arts drawing lessons and this is what they use. So far they have worked well.

Picked this up on a whim on Prime Day and it's been a great sketchbook to me these past few months. Really quality paper. Good texture and impressive stock. I had an accident when I was refilling a pen and spilled a refills worth of ink onto the sketchbook and to my amazement other than a little that spilled over the edge there was no bleed through on the following pages. Will be purchasing more when I fill these up.

I am impressed with Castle Art sketchbook. I am glad I chose this brand after looking at several brands. I bought it for my son who loves to draw. This is indeed a premium quality paper and also the spiral coil binding is sturdy. I also love the glossy cover. It’s worth the money spent.

My first sketch books so I'm not sure how well they compare to others but I like them. The paper is rougher than printer paper I'm used to drawing on. That's supposed to be a good thing(toothy). The paper is perforated just in case I want to remove pages. The paper holds up well when earasing. Sakura Pigma ink does not bleed through when doing outlines so I suppose the paper is thick enough. I do however have pages that curl upward from where my arm sweat has added extra moisture. The pages are big and so my arm rests on the edge of the paper and thus getting this undesired result. Wax pencils show up well on the pages.

Gift for my grandson. He started using it right away.

My daughter is just starting to show an interest in sketching (I have an MFA from U of M, so this momma is overjoyed her kid is artistic!) and I wanted to get her some high quality sketch pads with good tooth for charcoal and HB pencil sketching. These sketchbooks fit the bill perfectly. Not too expensive, acid free, and excellent tooth to the paper. Now, if I can just get her to wash her hands before touching everything when she's using charcoal life would be perfect...

J'ai offert les 2 tablettes en cadeau pour Noël à ma fille. Elle a apprécié car elle dessine beaucoup et a du talent. Elle a toujours besoin de beaux papiers comme ceux-ci. Les feuilles sont épaisses et ont des pointillés pour les retirer de sa tablette si elle le veux. Bon achat, je recommande.
