My son is in 6th grade this year, and anime is all the rage right now. I picked up this backpack for him, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Initially, there was a hiccup with the first bag not arriving, but the seller was responsive and sent out a replacement, although it took a little time. Once we received it, I was impressed with the design. The backpack features a spacious main compartment with a handy inside pocket that helps keep things organized. All the zippers feel strong and the material is definitely durable, which is a plus for a school bag. One feature I found interesting is the hidden charger compartment—it does require you to provide your own portable USB charger to really make it useful, but it’s a nice addition nonetheless. The lock that comes with it, while decent, only provides basic security; it could keep out an honest person, but I wouldn’t count on it for serious protection. Additionally, it comes with a matching pencil pouch, which is a nice touch! Considering the price point and overall quality, I would highly recommend this backpack if you're considering it. If you’re on the fence, you can stop thinking and just go for it—this is a great choice! I’ll make sure to update this review if anything changes in the future.

Overall, I am really impressed with this backpack I purchased for my son for the upcoming school year. The added tech features are truly a nice added benefit, especially for today's kids and schools. The artwork on the bag is really ''Cool'' as my son called it LOL and after only a couple hours in lighting, it glows very brightly and is a really cool and nice added benefit. The matching pencil bag is also made of good quality. It matches the backpack so it's definitely not your normal pencil bag and will make your child stand out. Overall, I would recommend this backpack, I can't review the lock as he did not want to use it. I would assume that it does work.

My son likes his backpack, it’s durable and spacious enough to fit his school Supplies and lunch bag. However, the glow in the dark decal just barely glows in the dark. My son was a bit disappointed with that but it’s still a cute little figure.

Good and fast delivery

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is worth it. So I got my bag 2 days and today I got to really test it out. First of all I’m a college student, so this I mainly picked this bag for 3 things: space, water resistant, and portable charger. This bag is way more spacious than I thought it was. I transferred my binder, books, planners, pens/art pens, comb/brush & hair sponge from my old bag and it placed nicely with space on top for my work shirt and a water bottle and umbrella on each side. Today I got rained on while catching the city bus. I ended up walking in the rain which was blown sideways for about 30mins, with my umbrella of course. When finally got on, I checked the inside and it was mostly dry. I’d say 93% dry. For some reason the bottom corner of my book was a little damp, but everything above was good. For the portable charging, only the slot and the cable comes with it. I secretly was hoping for a portable charger but you’ll have to get on separately. I tested out the cord with my brothers portable charger and it works fine. For the extra stuff that came with it, I thought the little chibi anime guy looked cool and so did my friends. The glow n the dark side didn’t work the first day but when I got home today and threw it on the bed it was glowing in the dark. I’m not sure if it’s because of the sun or maybe the heat. I haven’t tested out of the lock feature, (P.S.lock is provided) or the pencil case. I tried for a glow shot but it faded.

I got this without doing a thorough read of the description/reviews. I honestly got it for my son for the look. Going into middle school, I knew he needed something more grown up, but still fun. It looks sturdy enough to carry all chromebook and notebooks and appears to be durable-- able to handle weather like rain. It's an okay bookbag, but I think the items that are advertised in the photos are underwhelming. The glow-- I loved the blue in the amazon pictures, however not the same in real life (see photo). The lock-- looked more heavy duty in the pics, however, it's just a very light plastic and changing the code wasn't as easy as the instructions stated. The pen case- it's okay, small.. can hold a few items. The charge port-- NO BATTTERY CHARGE INCLUDED. That was a big part of the description I missed. It came with the cord but no power source. That's an extra cost I wasn't anticipating and now a feature that will not be used. Overall okay.
