The unit is easy to use , but unfortunately you don recommend the chemical to be used. The unit can’t be used without that for fumigation

Recieved the product 2 times. Still ,both times product had same problems,non functional.product returned one month back. Still not recieved refund.

The assembly of the unit was not correct and tested and the spark was not tested prior to despatch.. Mosquito Fogging Smoker Machine 2022: The unit was not operational when delivered. The connections were broken and diesel oil was pouring out. When opened to check the reason for the leak, found the coupling broken, possible happened when tightened. Tried to get spare Armato couplings of same size but could not get it. Request makers to despatch the spare armato coupling for self to fit or exchange the unit with new one. The spark also was not coming and had to adjust the position of the igniter. The unit fired on Gas and as per instructions opened the control valve for directing the diesel oil to flow into the pipe. But only diesel oil found coming out from the armato coupling and fire took place at the couplig itself. The unit was stopped immediately, removed the Net casing to check what has happened and found broken coupling and the pipe and sleeve was out as can be seen in the picture. The assembly of the unit was not correct and tested and the spark was not tested prior to despatch.

Medium size. Water coolent pump is very hard to operate, pistion inside the diesel pump is made of plastic, durability is average

Product already damaged I want replace

The product is of Very bad quality. Machine not working properly. No proper guide for use. Do not buy it.

Facing an issue with the machine, there is no information on whom I have to reach out for the servicing
