I have had their spaghetti product, and like most it’s a bit of a struggle to eat because it’s so much more chewy than traditional spaghetti. My local store did not carry fettuccine. I found it online and tried it. Excellent product!The noodle is, of course wider, but more important. They are cut shorter, making it easier to swallow. The texture is similar to a oriental noodle. Still very resilient to the bite, but much more manageable.Taste is neutral, but it does absorb sauces well. So far I have used it with red tomato sauce and several brown pan sauces.The true low carb count (not the net carbs that work so well for those following keto) is perfect for a low carb diet. Giving up pasta on a regular basis has been one of the most difficult things to deal with since being diagnosed with diabetes. I have spent the last year looking for a viable substitute and this has finally given me a reasonable option. I am currently awaiting their pene hoping for the same results.

I really like these. They remind me of rice noodles. Wash them very well and the scent will go away. Taste is actually similar to rice noodles as well.Did well in tomato based sauce, and I expect they would do well in a stir-fry as well.

They are terrific, I would eat them all the time but the price is too high. These noodles cost as low as $2 in some grocery stores. They are really expensive on amazon.

Love this pasta! You won’t even notice it isn’t real pasta. Just make sure you drain it well, mix with your sauces and it absorbs the flavor. Small packaging so buy multiple!

These tasted old like they had been on the shelf for too long !!!! They should send me a new batchand make sure they are not out of date !!!

I’ve been ordering this product and have been loving it for couple of years now, how ever this is the third time I’ve come across this issue where In the same batch in some of packages, the noddles are rotten and molded. Hi en how expensive this product is, it’s like throwing mo ey in the garbage. I’m very disappointed and angry! Please correct this issue. I’m the least send a replacement!

There is nothing I dislike about these noodle . They are very good and versatile with any sauce you want to use . They are a great when you can't have all the carb and still enjoy pasta . The secret is to rinse them well under water . We enjoy them very much .

Obsessed with these. Most people can’t get passed the smell. You need to thoroughly rinse and sautée. If you love noodle texture and are super carb conscious these can be for you !

No matter what I tried this stuff is made of old inner tubes ! ....... chew , chew as much as you wish - you'll never masticate this dreadful dish !

The noodles that are low carb and low calorie. Perfect for loosing weight. Just know that some people might have difficulty digesting these compared to others. I had no issues, but some of my family members have gone to the bathroom after eating them and noticed the noodle came out looking exactly the same.
