The best stool! Comfy and substantial! Recommend!

Bought it as it had a thick seat for comfort, but the seat is substantially firm and hard. Not very comfortable and wobbly

Lovely sturdy comfortable stool and took only seconds to put together. Wipes clean really easily too. It was not cheap but is worth every penny if you want that extra weight capacity and to feel safe when perched on it.

Excellent service, product arrived within timeframe given. It was easy to assemble and my husband is delighted with his new heavy duty art studio stool.

Great item

I bought this as it claimed it had a high weight capacity. It's doesn't. The base is very flimsy. It buckled the first time I used it. Sent straight back.

Brought to use in my salon for Pedicures, really comfortable and a wide seating area

For the first 5 weeks it worked as required, thereafter it began to rise after getting off the unit. Sometimes this would be slowly, so that after returning to use it the unit was at full height, but sometimes it also rises at the speed one gets off it. Having raised it with Amazon who referred it to the supplier I received the following: "This is a normal phenomenon of product operation. When people sit on the stool, certain pressure will be generated, resulting in the gas rod will not rise too quickly. You can properly reduce the pressure placed on the seat, which should not be so slow." This poorly written reply is incorrect all seats with a gas lift piston, the bulk of office computer chairs which use a gas lift piston do not rise spontaneously after getting off them. When this fault appears in an office context chairs often get wedged under the desktop by the armrests!! I have challenged the suppliers reply and informed them that were a replacement gas lift piston not be supplied I will return the item for a full refund. As I believe in accurate reviews I will update this with updates as they arrive. UPDATE 24 April So WKWKER-EU did not reply hiding by a no return policy, rather than addressing failure of product by supplying a working replacement. The item is going back customer service have arranged this, a full refund and my money goes elsewhere.

excellent stool. comfortable. sturdy. my husband weighs 350 lbs and it doesn't slide down without him wanting to. excellent quality. I attached a strap underneath to hold on to when sitting. seat could slide away from you while trying to sit.
