I bought this camera for my little boys nursery and have been incredibly impressed by the product, particularly considering the price!! The installation process was very smooth and we had the camera up and running in minutes! We just had to screw the dock into the shelf!! You have the option to install the camera upright or upside down and we chose the have it up high, hanging from a shelf to get the best visibility of the whole room! The app is incredibly easy to navigate and perfect for a baby monitor. The cameras sensitivity and video quality is amazing and will notify if any noise or movement is detected so that I don’t constantly have to have my eyes on the screen when my toddler is sleeping. It even has the function to speak to your little one through the camera! My husband has also been able to create a Nooie account so we can both watch the camera from different devices. You can use the app’s controls to turn and tilt the camera to see all angles of the room and has a very effective night mode when it is in the dark. There have been a couple of times I’ve contact customer support and the quality of customer care is brilliant. Incredibly fast response times and super helpful and effective troubleshooting. All in all I would highly recommend this camera, particularly as a baby monitor. Amazing price and product! I’ll definitely be purchasing another when my next baby comes!

I use the Nooie camera as a baby monitor and it’s absolutely brilliant. The notifications to a Smart phone is almost instant. It’s easy to set up and connect to other smart devices such as Google or Amazon. I have also set my camera up to an Amazon echo for added reassurance and constant viewing. It’s sleek and lightweight design allows me to travel with the Nooie camera anywhere. I use it to travel to the grandparents house in Ireland which it easily connects to their wifi. The movement detection and crying detection is instant. The 360 degree rotation is moveable via the smart phone. It also has a 360 degree motion movement detection which is brilliant to follow pets or toddlers when they are on the move! The picture is perfect in the day time and also very clear at night. First picture is 9:30pm viewing by Amazon echo (dusk) Second picture is 1:30am with blackout curtains via the Nooie App. The camera is always one meter away from the baby and I use the device to zoom in and out. As you can see, it’s very clear at night. I returned a popular baby cam triple the price of this one as it’s movement and sound detection was poor. The Nooie is a much better baby camera, ok it doesn’t tell you the temperature of the room or play music to the baby but who needs those features? It has the feature to two way talk and it’s camera viewing is excellent, notifications are quick so what more do you need?

I loved the Nooie Cam 360. The quality is very good, the motion sensor is brilliant and it is definitely value for money. However the first one I bought was back in Feb 2021 when my son was born and used it from August 2021. It connected straight away and worked perfectly. Because it’s plugged into the wall the battery life is good. However by April 2024 (2 years 8 months later) it just stopped working. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but the light didn’t come on. I wasn’t sure if it was the camera or the usb cable that was the problem. I contacted Nooie Support who responded quickly and gave me some troubleshoot instructions but it wouldn’t work. They told me I was out of warranty so couldn’t get a new one. They told me they would send me a voucher to get a discount on my next one. It wasn’t sent in time as I needed the camera in my son’s room at night so I ordered a new one in April of this year. Now, this one has been working perfectly until yesterday. The day before yesterday, it started buffering more often but it was still connected. The light comes on at the bottom but when trying to connect it to wifi it keeps telling me connection failed. I follow the instructions and again it won’t connect. I even moved the camera downstairs in the same room as the router for the wifi and then tried to pair it again but still connection failed. I have also checked my wifi connection and it is good. I have contacted Nooie and am waiting for a response. Edit After a few days of speaking with Alma from customer service (I spoke with Alma before) I now have a new Nooie Cam being delivered. As expressed previously, I love this camera and am very pleased with the customer service I have received.

Needed to replace an old camera which had failed. Having purchased the Nooie plugs and being very happy with them I thought I’d give the 360 cam a go. Mainly used to keep an eye on my pets when we are not home, the 360 cam replaced a static so we could see more of what was going on. Having the motion tracking means we get alerts, and the camera follows the cats where ever they go! The thing I love about the Nooie kit is how easy they are to set up. I already have the Nooie app (with the plugs on) so it was a matter of turning the cam on, waiting 30secs and scanning a QR code from the app, connect to the wifi and that was it! Installed and on the app ready to go. A few steps to name it and chose some settings away you go. There are plenty of settings to adjust the camera including detection zones and even a schedule for it to come on and off. One nice touch I like was where the usb cable inserts into the cam, they have made the connection very robust so it cannot flex and become damaged(see pic). Picture quality is superb, much more of an improvement on my previous cam, as is the night vision. The intercom is incredibly clear and loud, a little delay which is expected but every word spoken is easily understood. One final thing is the customer service. The norm these days is you buy a product that seems great and then you are let down by poor customer service. Not with Nooie. I’ve recently had experience using them and they are very, very good. No issues with replacing an item if it is faulty and respond quickly. This was major reason for choosing the Nooie product over any other. Overall a really great cam that does what I need it to do with little fuss. I have had a few different models over the years but this is the most impressive so far.

The best camera ever. Honestly for the price I thought it was going to be bad. The picture is perfect, so easy to connect it even if your moving it around to different rooms or taking it with me on holiday it works so well and I don’t have to be connected to the same wifi to see what’s going on I can watch the camera from anywhere on my phone.

Camera good but the app is rubbish and continues to crash. Not having a separate screen is also annoying when you want to use your phone. Having to replace with a new baby monitor after a few months.

I bought this to upgrade from the nooie 360, which I've had about 2 years. After owning the 360 camera I already know that nooie make a good camera and this is definitely an improvement. The camera lookd good and comes well packaged in small box perfectly sized to fit all that's needed. You get the camera, plug, usb wire, wall / ceiling mount along with screws and rawl plugs and instructions. Very easy to set up - just download app - choose camera - it gives you a qr code on phone - hold infront of camera and its connects itself, very easy to do. Picture quality is brilliant , have to say the 360 gives a good picture but the 360 cam2 gives am even sharper clearer picture. Night vision is good and clear and turns on automatically when needed. Various setting on app/camera for sound alerts and motion alerts - with option of setting low medium or high. Can have motion tracking or leave off so focuses in one place. The cam 2 also has a crying detection which it didn't have on the 360, good for me as I have 2 young children. Can share with other people - so i set mine up and share with wife, so can both view on our phones . This is good as we can both look when at work. I start work early and always like to have a look at my babies - when I see them wake up I can talk to them through the camera from work and have a little conversation, which is great - and my son loves it too - my wife has even caught him talking to the camera sometimes ( thinking I'm there all the time lol) . Prior to owning nooie, I owned an expensive baby monitor- which cost a lot lot more than this - and it broke which is when I bought my first nooie. Needless to say this is so much better, better quality , better picture , lots more choices and settings and so much cheaper. It's a great bit of kit for the price , and just so you know - if you have any problems - just message nooie customer support, they are brilliant. I've had s few issues over the time I've owned them and they always are super helpful. They assist and give instructions , sometimes they download new firmware and that usually sorts the problem, however there was one time I experienced where a fault still stayed - they just sent me a new replacement camera. I would strongly recommend nooie to anyone Great product and great customer service

Was surprised by the features it has to offer and the smooth setup. Had it running within 5min. Also the motion tracking is quite nice. Unfortunately it's just possible to login with more than one device at once, this is kind of annoying. Still would buy it again and looking forward to use it. :)
