Review: Very impressive desk! - I have been suffering from low back pain from sitting at my desk for awhile now so I realized it was time to get a standing desk, or even better, a height adjustable, portable, compact, rolling desk that I can use for sitting or standing! I saw this desk on desertcart, and I thought it could be perfect, and It's honestly better than I imagined! First of all, this is literally the FIRST time in my life I bought something that needed to be assembled that came with excellent instructions and was very EASY to assemble! Seriously! Every screw or part is labelled and in its own pouch which is connected to all of the other pouches in alphabetical order! The picture instructions were very easy to follow! Generally, I am not great at assembling things, but I put this together EASILY in 20 minutes! It is sturdy and very easy to adjust the height up or down. The keyboard tray slides in and out smoothly, the wheels lock in place and it rolls smoothly when they are not locked! There is a even a nice caddy for a pen on the top of the desk! I am using it with a laptop and a wireless keyboard and trackpad, but if you have wired accessories, the back of the keyboard tray has a nice cutout so the desk can be flush with the wall and the wires have an opening! I will note one caveat, as you can see form my pictures, I am using this with my Macbook. This desk is perfect for using with a laptop, but If you want to use an external monitor as well (assuming you have a slim profile monitor), you would have to place the monitor at the back of the desk and put the laptop with the lid closed on top of the desk in front of the monitor because the keyboard tray is not large enough to put the laptop on the tray behind the keyboard. I included a second picture with the keyboard tray fully extended so you can see there is not enough room for a laptop behind the keyboard. I suppose you could put the monitor closer to you and put the laptop with the lid closed behind the monitor, but in my opinion, the monitor would be way too close to be comfortable in that configuration! Alternately, although I would not do it personally, I guess you could put the laptop on the floor. Other than that, I really cannot find any flaws with this product! This is genuinely one of the best purchases I have made! If you are on the fence, just buy it, you will love it! Also, it was so easy to put together, if you wanted to try it, and didn't like it, it would be very easy to disassemble! The price was reasonable for an excellent, well-made, compact, functional and attractive desk! Honestly, I have only reviewed a handful of items on desertcart, although I do rely heavily on reading reviews from others before making a purchase, so I knew I had to share a review for this desk!

It is so easy to raise and lower, reminds me of the hospital trays that are used in hospitals. I have my work computer set up on it and changed my double monitors from being side by side to now double stacked, much better this way as it makes a much smaller footprint of workspace and easier to relocate from room to room. So far I have used it in the office, kitchen, living room, and my new personal favorite work area, beside my bed. **Q: Has any one raised/lowered this daily? How did it hold up?**
A: Im doing it every day because i have a condition and its working, its been like 4 months now

**Q: When the keyboard tray is slid all the way end, what is the overall dimension for the width?**
A: 18 inches deep and 25 3/4 wide when the keyboard is in.

**Q: What is the package size? It's absolutely clear that the box hight is less than 44 inches.**
A: Not to big. You have to put it together... Tighten the rollers well though.......

**Q: Does the keyboard tray slide in and out?**
A: LOVING IT! I purchase a long extension wire so I can easily move or  roll it anywhere I go inside the house. Now I don't have to stay in one place I can freely go anywhere I feel like doing my work.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meets my needs but..

Assembly was generally easy to follow but some of the pieces & holes didn't line up quite right. I needed a second pair of hands to hold the desk top on the base because the little slats didn't fit in the slots as it appears they should. Also, will be having a handy friend fix the up/down lever. It isn't working as assembled. My friend said the attached wire is too long so he'll have to remove something and do something with a wrench (I'm a bit mechanically challenged) to get it to function correctly. He showed me how I could manually move it for now by wedging a screwdriver in where you can see the wire & pulling on it. Again, not ideal but it'll work. Other than that it seems sturdy, looks great, wheels move smoothly.
