2 brushes - one soft and one stiffer. I have only used the soft one and I love it. Dry or wet, it smoothes my skin. I think they are better for body brushing. But if you stick with it, anything is possible.

I loved the wet brush but the bristles have flattened already, do they sell the wet brush individually?

After I purchased these and used it one time, I set it up to dry and upon picking it up it was a little bitty brown bugs all over the brush it was disgusting. I would recommend going with a different brand unless you are not having problems but I don’t know the answer to that question. I just know I returned them because they were disgusting. Sorry I couldn’t help you anymore.
