## Description

The Sedgewick-Rafter chamber can be used in drinking water analysis. The cement in chamber is insoluble to methyl alcohol. Cover glass supports are inlaid in the base. Chamber can be hermetically sealed with the cover for microorganism growth studies. The Neubauer Ruled chamber has one-piece construction for long-term durability. It provides absolute measuring and count accuracy. Cell depth in the new "V-Load" counting chambers is 0.1mm. Tolerances are +/-2% of volume. The Petroff-Hausser Bacteria Chamber counts bacteria and microorganisms with a high magnification counting chamber. Its wide numeric aperture is ideal for dark field microscopy.

The product is well made, the lines are clearly visible and the grid is neat and precise. Honestly I wasn’t expecting this product to be so perfect. For the price I paid, I was prepared for accepting some blemishes. But the good quality of this hemocytometer came as a pleasant surprise.
