As I am currently on travel, there is no feasible way for me to mail a lithium ion battery attached device for warranty exchange from the city I am staying. Glocalme email support is very responsive and able to resolve my issue within couple of business days. Now I’ve got a replacement device to continue on my travel. Amazing customer care support and they really do listen and address what customer’s really needs.

A must have for International Travel
Love having a password protected secure WiFi when traveling internationally. We used it for directions, web searches etc. It's much cheaper to buy this device than to subscribe to an international data plan. I got lost while biking in Copenhagen, had the device which I purchased for my husband in my backpack but neglected to learn how to use it. Needless to say, I quickly learned and was thankful for locating where I was. Thanks Golocalme!

Worked once, now worthless. No customer support.
This was great when it worked. It was used in a setting where there were 13,000 people all competing for cell service. It allowed us to use phones and computers to manage business online. We have needed it several times since and it doesn’t work. The unit indicates it’s connected to our device and visa versa but nothing happens. Customer service is not responding to our inquiries. Very disappointed.

Works as expected
Not bad at all. Works as advertised. I use their system but can put a SIM card in if I want. Signal acquisition can be spotty, but works generally well for 5 devices connected simultaneously
