I just received my order however the product is totally damaged!! Theres a huge dent!!!

Great product, it does keep ice in water for 3 days in a comercial kitche (hot work) tested over Christmas eve , day and boxing day. The ice held up in the water filled flask and did a great job the entire time.

Bon design mais par contre ne répond pas à mes attentes. L'eau bien chaude se refroidit rapidement.

Pro: imboccatura larga, si può introdurre anche del ghiaccio , tappo facile da manovrare grazie anche all’occhiello di plastica, si beve facilmente Contro: da migliorare l’isolamento termico dura meno di altri modelli di pari capacità
