This worked really well for me, for quite a while while i'm going through menopause. They helped my digestion. They helped reduce my weight and bloating. They may have even helped increase my mood. 2 more stable, it's hard to tell. Because going through menopause, my body is going through changes. Almost daily, sometimes more than once a day.

This is my fourth time purchasing this. I’m not the one to write reviews and I am the person that was going in and out of the doctor’s office due to stomach problems. This has fixed my whole digestive system and I don’t know how to live with it. There were days I wouldn’t go to the bathroom for two whole days. Fourth bottle, been taking it for a year now. I go to the restroom regularly, twice a day. My doctor is even like “you’re overall health has gotten better” as a women, if you’re digestive system is messed up, your skin, hair, nails, other health issues is also messed up. 100 Billion CFUS + 31 specifically selected strains is AMAZING. This vitamin has changed my life.

I am giving this 5 stars! I never write reviews on anything but this one here is worth the mention. I have never taken probiotics before and was looking to check it out mostly for women health reasons like ph balance, urinary track and gut health. My friend had done research on these type of products and recommended this one to me. From all the products she trialed this one was her favorite. I read that it helps with food intolerance and I was sold! I am lactose intolerant so I get the tummy issues with dairy as well as some really bad cystic acne due to the dairy. I had cut it out of my life mostly to save my face since the break outs wouldn't go away for months! I'm a foodie so this made me super sad. Ever since I started taking these I rarely break out from having dairy. Usually I'd see a break out same or next day and wouldn't go away for months. If I happen to get a pimple now it isn't cystic and it goes away within days! I'm on my 3rd bottle of these! I am sooo happy that I found them and had to share the story in case others have similar issues as me 😊🙌🏼 doesn't hurt to try and it is very affordable as well! Love this product!!!

I think it does the job, but it makes my vagina taste like not vagina and not good like a like a vitamin like if you broke open the capsule and put it on your tongue or poured on your vagina and then had someone lick it. It taste like that.

Seem to work well

Got these because my brand I been using for the past 6 months or so wouldn’t arrive here before my last dose. I don’t like skipping days. So I got these, they came fast and 1.5 into it I got a test infection. This is the second time I’ve ever take. A probiotic with other ingredients such as cranberry and other things and got a yeast infection. Could be coincidence but idk
