Helps my knees tremendously! I’ve bought some for all of my shoes and have used them over the past couple years.

I used these to replace the soles on my steel toe work boots. They are keen boots but the soles were very hard. as soon as I put these in, they felt like a normal pair of shoes that are soft on the heel. I do wish the liner by the toes was slightly thicker, but it's decent. I can feel the arch support as well which feels nice. These are especially hard to find for size 15 shoes, but they fit perfect and are secure, they don't move at all.
