the audio is just too loud and not good bass. but for the price is just OK

No velvet bag included
It doesn't come with the velvet carrying bag mentioned. Which is really necessary to protect the item inside any bag. The plug has wearing scratches, not sure if the item has been used before. I've returned the product.

Perfect earbuds
Very clear and nice fitting ear buds. Nice bag to keep them in..better then wireless. No loss of signal. And you don't have to charge them all the time. Just plug in and go.

OTG MODE
I have a One+ 9 pro. These USB-C earbuds did not work at first. My phone did not detect or recognize them at first plug in. They are well built, so I didn't suspect anything wrong with the earbuds themselves. After a bit of research and fiddling around, I switched on OTG mode on my phone, and my phone recognized them. (OTG means: on the go. It tells your device to read usb-c connections as if there is a full size USB device plugged in.) After that, even with OTG disabled, they're plug and play as any earbuds should be. I was very concerned at first, but once I got them to communicate with my device, I'm very satisfied with them. They sound a bit neutral for music, but they are not tinny at all. For podcasts, they perform excellent. The button controller on the earbuds has a volume up and down, and a pause/play button. Overall, I'd say they're pretty solid.

Excellent performance for wired headphone
It gives a clear sound and is very handy. I prefer it over my Jabra bluetooth headset. Must for those who want really good soundquality for music and calls.
