im really disappointed with Amazon policy and support as they don't support customers , as we trust amazon and not there suppliers so if the quality is bad amazon should refund as we paid to amazon and not the supplier, please refund my payment and take the cheap/ faulty item back

Ich habe mich leider auf die angegebene Größentabelle verlassen und die für die EU angegebene Größe bestellt. Diese ist aber zu klein. Jetzt muss ich noch 7 Euro für die Rücksendung bezahlen. Das ist extrem ärgerlich Denn mit der richtigen Größe hätte ich die Schuhe auf jeden Fall behalten. Sie machen einen stabilen und komfortabelen Eindruck.
