## Questions & Answers

**Q: What would be the minimum possible size of whole needed for the tap to go into the worktop**
A: that information will be given with the kit but were talking about 1/2" or 3/4"  you would not drill the hole until you have purchased the unit

**Q: Is the surface material really chrome? The photos are a bit unclear regarding the surface quality. Is it shiny chrome or a brushed finish?**
A: It’s a chrome finish - it’s a nice tap. However be warned that the threaded portion is quite short and it’s not long enough to go through a 40mm worktop.

**Q: can I buy a replacement cartridge when the tap leaks and how much is it?**
A: The tap is very well-made/robust and it shouldn't leak unless it is really, really old. Is it still under guarantee?  Where exactly is the leak?

So so quality and had to use some washers from the old tap to secure it firmly to sink. The ones provided seemed too small to spread the weight and stop excessive wobble. But with that aside it's cheap and works perfectly with no leaks so cant complain.
