Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. A bit more expensive than I'd normally spend but totally worth it. It just glides on so easily, and stays there until I want to remove it. Not smudging. My eyes water when it's cold or windy, and I kept getting panda eyes, but not now. Love this eyeliner!

Good and Bad Eyeliner
Best eye liner that I've ever had. It stays on all day and doesn't smear. I've tried quite a few that would not last the day and would smudge and you end up with it under your eye, looking like you have a black eye. This one goes on smooth, then I smudge it a big while its still wet and as soon as it drys, its there to stay for the day. This was the retractable one that you can turn up and don't have to sharpen. The one that you have to sharpen is horrible. It does not sharpen and falls apart.....a big waste of money
