Do these dropper bottles have child proof caps?

No they do not have child proof caps but I have mine on a higher shelf so hopefully that will keep the children away

Is this glass free from lead and toxins?

You can contact the company that’s selling them but unless they have the glass subjected to testing they wouldn’t necessarily know unless they manufactured the glass. You could ask the manufacturer if you can get that information. If you want clean unadulterated glass make sure it’s lab grade borosilicate glass that’s been identified as such. This would be my best attempt at an answer.

I want to put cbd oil in this dropper bottle. The one its in now has a cap that is difficult to open. Do I need to sterilize it first and how?

Don't use the microwave method, put them in boiling water or use alcohol. I would search for a food grade or medical grade dropper just to be safe if you are going to consume what's inside
