Magnesium Glycinate 400mg for Relaxation, Recovery + Mood, 180 Capsules

This specific product works well as part of my sleep hygiene program. (A consistent bedtime is critical for long term brain health.) Proper food, exercise and hydration during the day, then 2 capsules and light stretching before bed stops my muscle cramps/restless legs. I highly recommend it for sleep support!

This is my third or fourth order of this product. It helps me to keep AFib under control, helps me to sleep better and improves body function. I take it at least once per day. I also have used other vitamins in this line.

Any time I don't take Magnesium, I start getting severe foot and leg cramps. When my last pills ran out, I wanted to try this brand as it was a better value. It works great and my cramps went away in a couple of days. The magnesium also seems to have helped my stomach. I do research into whether what I buy is third party tested, and their web site says it is, which is important to me. This is not a medical recommendation.

Love this product. It has kept my leg and foot cramps away. It also has given me a better quality of sleep. My wife says my mood is better since I've been taking these daily. Would highly recommend this product if you suffer from night time leg and foot cramps.

My husband has used this product for a couple of years now. The price is great and it seems to be high quality. Magnesium glycinate is great for your nervous system, circulatory system, and may help with sleep issues. It doesn't send you running for the toilet like some other forms of magnesium.

This is a great product that doesn't cause stomach aches or upset stomach, which is very important to me. It also relaxes my muscles after a busy day and I sleep well.

I love this brand and this type of magnesium! Good price, good quality. Capsules are easy to swallow. I like to take this spread out throughout the day, but especially at night, as it seems to help calm my mind and my body. My husband loves this product too!

Todo bien con el producto, llevo una semana tomándolo, no me quedo dormida tan rápido, pero una vez que me duermo, mi sueño es profundo. Solo tengo una duda, en los ingredientes dice que solo tiene 60mg de glicinato, no cual debería estar tomando de 3 a 4 cápsulas, entonces creo que lo estoy tomando mal. Alguien conteste en su review está duda 🥲
