This is my third or fourth order of this product. It helps me to keep AFib under control, helps me to sleep better and improves body function. I take it at least once per day. I also have used other vitamins in this line.

Todo bien con el producto, llevo una semana tomándolo, no me quedo dormida tan rápido, pero una vez que me duermo, mi sueño es profundo. Solo tengo una duda, en los ingredientes dice que solo tiene 60mg de glicinato, no cual debería estar tomando de 3 a 4 cápsulas, entonces creo que lo estoy tomando mal.
