Once the product arrive, we try to test and it did not work.

Expensive as a toaster but I was replacing a panini grill at the same time. Almost all metal and feels exceptionally sturdy. Large, takes a deal of space and you must have it sideways on to do all functions. Although there are settings to give various results, it cancels quickly it too much and additional time can be added in small increments if needed, as long as it’s still heating. I have not burned anything and the bread, crumpets, panini come out all to my satisfaction. The heating elements cycle , which prevents burning and over cooking. Looks heavily engineered and it’s heavy. Many metal surfaces with heat warnings stamped in.

This is a great little product that we were excited to buy, and it didn't fail to deliver. Very easy to use (if you know how to use a toaster), this little beast combines all the practically of a toaster, with a super-fast mini oven and it works really well. We especially love the grill mode that turns any cheese toasties into little golden brown bites of heaven, which is impossible to do with a microwave. The crumb tray at the bottom is a little hard to remove and clean, but that's our only gripe. The price is a worry though. At £150, this device is a bit of a investment, especially considering that the US version is sold at a far more affordable $90 (£75), which is half the price. But other than that, it's still worth it rather than buying two separate devices to do your toasting and reheating. Overall, still worth it. Definitely recommended for anyone who does a lot of home cooking!
