Does anyone have a picture of the bak of the 24*36 board?** A: I hung a 36 x 48 size dry erase board with the command strips that are the hook and loop style for hanging up picture frames. I used the medium size strips and put 2 on the top and 4 on the sides. Holds it perfectly no problem. **Q: Can the tray for markers and eraser be moved to the shorter side, so the board can be mounted portrait style?** A: Just bought. November 2022. Yes you can. Its a clip on style that fits any location on the perimeter of this board. **Q: I've never not been able to return an item on amazon. a lot of the reviews say you cannot return this. is that true? where does it say that?** A: I don't think "hazardous ink in the markers" has anything to do with it. Amazon charges a lower price for this board and therefore does not allow free returns. You will see that all Amazon products fall into 3 categories (1) Free shipping + Free returns, (2) Free shipping, and (3) Paid shipping. You cannot return category 2 or 3 items - only get replacements if they arrive damaged. I hope this clarifies the situation. **Q: I need to turn this into a "hanging" board. I can't drill holes into my walls, can I run strings through d area were you would screw? front to back?** A: Should be able to, it's just a small hole at each corner which could receive a string. Even though five star as I like the boards delivery bent one of the boards Rather than exchange used a hammer. Tapped it straight. It is functional. As ya need all sides flat to attach to the wall as the screws go through the holes at each corner. I’d post a pic but for some reason the upload on Amazon isn’t opening to the new photo. I know it worked an hour again when used on a different review. Overall happy with the board. Not shipping. Who knows what the bend occurs. My drivers are usually great. So might have been in the large truck. I recommend the different sizes. They work great as a white board and to help me organize for children’s book publishing /\ update This magnetic whiteboard fits perfectly on the wall behind my chair in the podcasting room where I hold meetings and also teach. Prior to use cleaned the board. At the moment the marker it came with cleans easily. But the purchase of the additional four-pack of standard markers in for colors aren't wiping off as easily. This said, overall for the price am super happy. Only issue that isn't removing stars is a small scratch embedded into the board must have come from production since it was under the plastic. And, two dents the size of a knuckle.
