My son is obsessed with this costume. I ordered size Small 4-6, and at 4 years old it fits loosely, but reasonably, as long as I roll up the pant legs. To put it on, he needs to undo the Velcro on the hood and shoulder blades, and then go in through the hood area. Taking it off at his age is a little difficult, and something to be aware of for pottying. It’s very cute and it washes well. The hood did have some fraying that I snipped and it seems to be better now. My son reports that it’s a little scratchy but he chooses to wear it often anyway so I think it’s not too bad. I’m happy with this purchase and so is he, if you’re thinking about getting this for your little minion, I think it’s a solid option which will function as expected, especially if he’s old enough to handle taking it off independently.

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old for Halloween. He's on the taller side, but even the size I got was a little too big. oops. It still worked out wonderfully, though. It easily fit over regular clothes and is super soft. It's made better than I expected. My son wore it a few times for Halloween events and there's no wear and tear from him running around in it. You can't beat the price, either.
