Ampeak's 1200W Pure sine wave inverter only run loads under 800w?

My coffee maker is 1000-1200w and can run stably without any issues. Whether it can run loads above 800w also depends on your battery capacity. I recommend using a 200Ah battery to ensure sufficient power input. The Ampeak 1200w pure sine wave inverter is ETL certified, meaning it must meet certain requirements to pass. I believe they wouldn't dare to falsify information.

I read the review and someone said that 2000w pro inverter dc voltage 11v~15v is not accurate, right?

Ampeak 2000wPro DC Voltage 11V~15V is accurate .You check when you use it .Maybe he ordered the old style ,and DC voltage is 12.8V~13.2V.

Is it true sine wave inverter ?

The 2000W model isn't pure sine wave, nor is it advertised that way. But the 1200W model is pure sine wave. This Q&A section is a mess, because people ask questions based upon model 1 (but don't specify this) and others answers based upon model 2 (also don't specify) and then assumptions are made.
