Audun is a young dragon who's smitten with Princess Millie. But being in love with a human princess-even with Millie, who can turn into a dragon-just isn't done in the Icy North. Audun will need the help of the king to claim his true love. This seventh book in the Tales of the Frog Princess series will tease the royal wedding in the conclusion to the series: A Prince among Frogs. Review: A fun addition to a delightful series. - This is the second book of the second half of the Frog Princess series. The first three books were about Emma, who was turned into the Frog Princess and had many adventures turning back and then overcoming other challenges that threatened her "Happily-Ever-After". The second half is the adventures of her daughter Millie, the Dragon Princess, who is trying to find true love despite a wizard having a grudge against her family and the fact that she randomly turns into a dragon when she gets angry. The series is well written and enjoyable, with good pacing, interesting characters and some creative twists to the usual fantasy conventions. I would recommend it to any fantasy fan over ten years old. Review: Cute story - My 8 year old daughter loves these books. I should probably read through them first. Not exactly sure what the stories are about. She hasnโt put them down and reads them over and over.

Amazing!
A wonderful and clean book that is perfect for people from age six to sixty two. I've read only a fraction of the series (four of the books, the salamander spell, no place for magic, the Dragon princess, and this one) and I love the whole thing. Must read! Don't worry, there isn't sappy romance, only the cute kind.

Great!
This was just my type of book, action, adventure, and only mushy at the end. In other words perfect. By the way, I'm only nine.

Loved it! My 9 year old loved it she loves dragons and I loved it and read the whole series. Then we read it together also. She improved her reading and can read them by herself.

Even dragons love
in this book even when all odds are against him Audun beats those odds and goes through every thing to turn into a human for his love, Millie. In this heart warming tale it shows that even a dragon can find true love. this is a great book for anyone who has a heart for a strange but true love

Another great addition to a really good series
Starting with The Frog Princess this series doesn't disappoint no matter which book you read. Dragon Kiss is another good addition to the story. E.D. Baker makes it easy to read her books, the pace is nice, they are easy to read and hard to put down. Just a charming series from start to finish.

Lacking a sidekick
This is a fun young teen series. I really loved the first book The Frog Princess. I'll have to feature it in my Flashback Friday post tomorrow. Audun is a teenage boy dragon in love with a human princess who can turn into a dragon at will. Princess Millie's story is told in book 5 now this is Audun's adventure. Audun has to go on many quests and accomplish what the Dragon King and Court ask of him so the court will grant him his wish. He wants to learn how to turn human for Millie. Audun is honest, noble, and brave; he's easy to like. What I didn't like was Audun traveling alone on his quests. The story lost my interest during his lonesome travels. I prefer the main character to at least have one 'sidekick' to keep the story moving and dialog flowing. A side character you can depend on and care for. That is just my preference. I wish Auden and Millie were together more since I love their relationship. It was still a nice clean read that I think young teens would enjoy.
