CURL Anti Humidity Shine Coat & Curl Sealing Spray 3 oz.

Bought this as a dupe for wow shook. Yeah it was very comparable and the smell is much better. Wow product had a weird smell I could not get past. I like the frizz control and it is not sticky. I was able to reapply a little the next day on spritzed hair. So not greasiness and good quality. The price is amazing if you just want to try

I used the Wow brand version of this for months until I found this and decided to give it a try. Wowza! It works just as well for a fraction of the price. They both use the same main ingredient. I think this brand was able to coax out more and tighter curls. It’s sooo lightweight, it literally feels and smells like water so it doesn’t weigh your hair down no matter how much you put in. It helped so much with frizz throughout the day. I live in South Texas and usually by the end of the day my hair is pretty frizzy no matter what I’ve put in my hair until this product. It’s reduced my end of day frizz by 70% at least. I don’t use any other product but maybe a little hair spray. Don’t forget to spray the underside of your hair.

I recently tried the Hair Chemist CURL Anti-Humidity Shine Coat & Curl Sealing Spray in hopes of taming my frizz and enhancing my natural curls. Unfortunately, I have to be honest – it did not meet my expectations, and I consider it a bit of a disappointment. The primary purpose of this product is to combat humidity and provide a shine coat for curls. However, I found that it fell short in both areas. When I used it on humid days, my hair still frizzed up, and my curls lost their definition rather quickly. The anti-humidity claim didn't seem to hold up. Furthermore, I was underwhelmed by the shine it provided. I was expecting a noticeable and glossy finish, but my hair looked somewhat lackluster after using this spray. It didn't give me the vibrant, healthy shine I was hoping for. Additionally, the 3 oz. size of the product is quite small, which makes it feel like a less cost-effective choice, especially considering the results it delivered. On a positive note, the scent of the spray is pleasant and not overwhelming, and it didn't leave my hair feeling sticky or weighed down, which is a plus. In conclusion, while I appreciate the idea behind the Hair Chemist CURL Anti-Humidity Shine Coat & Curl Sealing Spray, it did not live up to my expectations. It didn't effectively combat humidity or provide the level of shine I desired. I was left feeling disappointed and considering it a bit of a waste of my money. This product may work differently for others, but based on my experience, I won't be repurchasing it.

Just as good as Wow but with a better price. It takes my frizzy curls and is great in my hair after washing and applying gel. Will always use this brand.

I received this product a couple weeks ago and i’ve tried to make it work by air drying, using heat, etc and it just made my hair even more frizzy. It smells like chemicals and overall is a horrible product that would seem like a dupe of the name brand, but it is not! Don’t waste your money!

Wish the bottle was bigger. I had to end up having 2- bottles sent. The first one had a damaged sprayer, it would just squirt out big globs and run down my wrist, not a mist. So Amazon sent me another bottle and the same dang thing happened so I told them I wasn't returning either one and to give me a refund. I loved the product the two times I got to actually spray it onto my hair. The sprayers were damaged on both. I ended up putting the stuff in another bottle I had with the same type of sprayer.. That's my complaints. Now for the positive, this stuff smells so good and makes my wavy hair more pronounced. Stays that way all day. Better than the W*W brand. Just hope they start making bigger and better bottles. You can't have a brilliant product in a subpar package.
