Myoxcience is a terrific company, great product!
It's a good combo of well-researhced ingredients for a holistic health aid. I've watched Mike Mutzel on YouTube & his research analyses are always carefully considered and well-supported by the data. This is the only product of his I've tried, but it seems to do the job well. It has nothing in it to knock you out, just things that seem to promote good sleep. And it tastes great!

Tastes like Dingleberries
The description stated that the stuff was "berry flavored". What they didn't tell you is that the flavor is "dingleberry". It tastes disgusting. I threw it away. Big waste of my money, don't waste yours. Don't buy it.

Doesn’t make me TIRED but…
It doesn’t make me tired or feel anything really, but I am a unique person because magnesium never helps me relax. Though it doesn’t help with sleep at ALL, it still is part of my self care ritual where I will make a glass of it around 6pm and sip on it throughout the evening. I do notice a gentle calmness. Nothing too noticeable but I just feel a LITTLE more able to sit down instead of being go-go-go all night. It’s just slightly easier to let go for the day. The taste is awesome. Not ecstatic about the ingredients tho. And it just is like a little treat and sets a good little vibe for my night.

Tastes good, helps me fall asleep
Thanks to perimenopause and a stressful job, I have a hard time falling asleep and especially staying asleep. I've tried melatonin, different versions of magnesium and Benadryl to no avail. This, while not 100% effective, is the most helpful thing I've taken to get a restful night's sleep.
