Fractal Design Pop Air RGB Black Tempered Glass Clear Tint

4 years ago I built my pc with a Fractal Torrent Mini and I was really impressed. I have built many pcs and have never seen this level of though put into a case. That is why 2 years later when we were planning to build another pc fory gf, my immediate go to was fractal. We bough this case, she has been using it for 2 years and no issues, easy to build into. Definitely value for money if you are building for the first time as it makes it way easier to build.

This case makes it easy to build your new computer. I liked the thoughtful placement of every part like wiring that feeds to the back, or drive placement. Very well designed and manufactured case.

If you're ever had your electronics taken out by a lightning strike, you'll understand why I needed a case with a 5.25" bay for a removeable drive enclosure. Now I can make back ups and store the drive somewhere safe. This case has 2 bays, but they are discreetly tucked behind a cover. Fractal has good quality in the build as well. You have a bout an inch of space behind the motherboard tray, so cable management is no issue

This is a solid PC case, only problem is that after a few months I'm noticing dust build up on the inside even with positive air pressure. Dust does build up on the outside frequently so that's a good sign that it's catching a good part of the dust, but don't expect this to catch all dust. Pretty room in that I was able to install all the components I needed even with a somewhat big GPU. It looks sleek and has a good aesthetic. Only downside I would have with this is that it would be nice to have more fan slots, but those fan slots wouldn't be needed unless you have a super computer running machine learning or playing the latest games on the highest settings.

Love this product wish they put more stock of the blue version of this.

Really easy to install, great air flow, and a 5.25" drive slot to boot. I upgraded to a 5800x3D and needed more airflow and a better cooler. Picked up a scythe and this case. Temps dropped about 20C. The dust filter on the front is already working well. My favorite part is the hidden 5.25" drive slot below the front panel. I've been digitizing my UHD collection and found that particularly nice. Goodbye external UHD drive!

It is beautiful, my son play the game everyday. the cooling sysytem works great. I always touch it and never feel too hot.

Just pulled it out of the box and it seems well constructed, but it teeder-totters on a level surface...the left rear and right front feet stay planted on the desk while the the other feet two alternate touching the surface of the desk. Guess the frame is a little bent. Not what I expected as its a brand new case (the box wasn't damaged) so a bit disappointed, but as it wasn't super-expensive and returning it would be a pain, I'll live with it and put something under one of the two wayward feet.

I've built a complete system in this Fractal Design Pop Air RGB and was very impressed with it. For the price, the build quality is excellent. There's plenty of room to work inside, component installation is straightforward and the cable management makes it relatively easy to achieve a clean finished build. Airflow is one of the strongest points. The mesh front allows plenty of air through and the included RGB fans mean you already have a decent cooling setup without immediately needing to buy additional fans. The tempered glass side panel and RGB lighting also look great once the system is finished without being too over the top. I've built systems in more expensive cases, but for a mid-range gaming or general-purpose PC this offers an excellent balance of build quality, cooling, appearance and price. Very easy case to recommend. 5/5.

Ein sehr gutes Gehäuse, was auch einen sehr guten Airflow hat. Preisleistung ist sehr gut.

Me la compré hará un par de semanas para montarme un pc a piezas que tenia proyectado desde hace meses. Y no puedo estar más contento con ella. Es una caja bien diseñada y construida con materiales de calidad. Completa y espaciosa. Y se nota que la marca es cuidadosa por la calidad del embalaje. Una de las principales razones que me incitaron a comprarla es el detalle de incluir un soporte inferior para 2 unidades de 5.25". En mi caso no me quería deshacer de las unidades de cd/dvd de mi antiguo ordenador, pues aún les doy uso de vez en cuando. Y gracias a esta caja he podido seguir aprovechándolas. Ya que es de las pocas del mercado que aún incluyen espacio para este tipo de unidades. Para mi una torre como dios manda, tiene que tener espacio para todo tipo de unidades. Que para tener recortes me pillo un portátil. Por lo demás el diseño está bien pensado y el montaje es bastante intuitivo. Cuenta con espacio suficiente en el lateral que no es de cristal para meter por dentro los cables de la fuente. Así como un montón de huecos para pasar los cables a la placa base y viceversa. Y de esta manera poder ocultarlos un poco a la vista. Lo cual es de agradecer. (Sobretodo si tienes una fuente modular) y te puedes ahorrar un par de cables en el montaje. Los ventiladores cumplen bien su función y sobretodo son silenciosos. Puedes configurar las curvas de rpm (voltaje) en la BIOS si tu placa lo permite. Por otra parte, tanto la controladora RGB integrada como el propio RGB de los ventiladores cumplen perfectamente y tiene muchas configuraciones de color posibles. Aunque al principio tuve un pequeño problemilla con la sincronización del rgb y es que por alguna razón en ocasiones me parpadeaba el RGB del ventilador trasero y se desincronizaba el patrón de color con respecto al resto. Por lo visto esto es un problema bastante común con esta caja. La solución fue enchufar la controladora en otro cable de alimentación Sata de la fuente de alimentación. (Lo comento por si a alguien más le pasa). Finalmente, se agradecen los 2 puertos USB 3.1/3.2 que incluye en el panel superior, en lugar de la desfasada configuración USB 2.0 + 3.0 que todavía incluyen muchas cajas. Si tu placa soporta USB de 10gbps vas a alucinar con las velocidades de transferencia. Eso sí es un poco cara. Y que conste que otro sitios todavía está más cara aún. Pero si los pcs te duran mil años como a mí. Sin duda merece la pena gastar un poco más por estos detalles. Igual no necesito cambiar más de caja quien sabe...
