Not practical
This product is not value for money. You can not use this in loafers or sneakers with low ankle support which almost every sneaker has. If you use it in sneakers or loafers your heel will pop out of the sneakers because this insole eats away the heel space in a sneaker or a loafer. Also the quality under 300 is just like a cheap insole. But you can totally use this in high ankle shoes, this will totally work in boots or high ankle sneakers.

Not comfortable at all.
You can’t wear them for long. Not comfortable + not wide enough to cover your feet which makes them hurt your feet if you wear them for longer time.
