Suits 2010 Kia Soul? Or just for the newer models?

Mine was a replacement for a 2010 Hyundai I30 which fitted fine.

Can you swop key bar or need to get recut

Theoreticaly yes. I bought this fob because my key bar was broken. There is a pin that holds the key bar in but I couldn't get the pin out to change it.

Does key blade for 2010 Hyundai i30 fit into this without having to file blade or otherwise mess around?

Hi Beal, the key blade on my original i30 fob broke off ( luckily I had a spare ) . The replacement fob has the key blade already attached , I took the car and keys to a vehicle locksmith who swapped the electronics from the old fob into the new one and then cut the key blade. It only took 10 minutes and he charged £15. New fob and key work perfectly.
