I work fulltime and started using this product to help my concentration. I am a 69 year old woman and had concerns about mental clarity and focus. I love the overall brain boost I feel from using this mushroom supplement. I know the cell and energy and brain health support i get daily are exceptional. Easy to digest. No aftertaste. Long lasting and effective. Easy to swallow.

Unique product. Great way to get a wide mixture of super healthy mushrooms. Capsules are smaller than expected but easy to swallow.

Arrived quickly as described. Really like that only one per day is the dose. Pretty good price.

Good product, I noticed that it does give me more mental clarity and and maybe a tad bit of energy but I’ve only been taking one a day before work so maybe I’ll try and take two and see if it gives me more energy. As far as my health I’m still trying to figure out if it’s helping. The capsule is small and very easy to swallow overall it’s a good product and I will be ordering again.

As someone with ADHD, this has definitely helped me focus. I think it’s safe to say that it worked faster than my medicine prescribed by my psychiatrist. The first day I took, I decluttered my room and closet then washed my hair. Super satisfied.

I enjoy taking these supplements, the mushroom extract is exceptionally good for several aspects of well being. I dont know how to really explain it but it does absolutely feel subtly better after even just a few hours after the first dose. Who knows if its placebo, or just powerful brain energy or if the extracts are really just that good. But I'd recommend these to anyone who wanted mushroom supplements.

The Price is Right but the therapeutic dose is five times what is listed on the bottle for most of the mushroom extracts. 1000 mg a day is a therapeutic dose for lion's mane and I believe 1000 mg is also the therapeutic dose for reishi. The reason this product is so cheap is because it uses raw unextracted mushroom powder. While it does have some nutritional benefits and functions as a prebiotic, it does not address most of the issues that a therapeutic dose would have. I was fairly disappointed with my purchase and switched the brand we are using to one with actual therapeutic doses. However, I'm stuck with an unopened bottle and a bottle that's about half used, which is unfortunate.

Mood is better, more energy & desire to do things. Memory seems to be helping too.
