Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. The only side effect so far is that I rattle when I walk! 🙌

It's carnitine, exactly what it says on the bag. It's not going to shred you overnight, so forget that. But it definitely helps if you're disciplined about your eating. Gives me a very slight improvement - better energy when I'm working out and less hunger pangs, plus a very small improvement in fat burning. If you're looking for an instant beach body, jog on. But if you can use a slight edge, try it. Works for me.

Perfect product I can feel it working

Las vengo tomando, una al día, media hora antes de hacer ejercicio, desde hace poco más de un mes y noto que rindo más y sudo más que de costumbre. El formato en cápsula hace que sean más fáciles de digerir que una tableta, cosa que me gusta. También me gusta la presentación en bolsa, muy práctica y fácil de guardar. Suelo hacer una combinación de pesas ligeras y aeróbicos, variando según el día. No he tenido ningún efecto secundario. Me parece que funcionan muy bien. No existe una píldora mágica, obvio, hay que combinar con ejercicio regular y alimentación sana, pero definitivamente son un buen complemento. Las volveré a comprar.

Después de dos días , noté que el rendimiento se tuvo en cuenta, un fuerte aumento de energía, después del entrenamiento intensivo, el cuerpo comenzó a doler menos.me gusta mucho.
