What's the difference betw the one that costs £120 and the model that costs nearly £191 apart from the price

It’s a round shaver / European plug. On registering the toothbrush with Philips I got a 10% off voucher and bought the USB charger which is much easier to use.

Why battery and head replacement lights always keep flashing?

Battery light will flash when it needs charging, head light will flash when head needs changing. If you have changed the head and charged the brush then the seal could have broken on the bottom or top of the brush and water has got into it. If still under warranty contact amazon first and then the manufacturer
