This is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever had. I have been using Braun for many years but this is far superior in every way. Since using this my gums are no longer sore and it is removing the stains on my teeth which was noticeable from the first time I used it. It is very comfortable to hold and is so easy to use. Charging is fast unlike my previous Braun. The design is brilliant and I love the colour. It fits nicely in my hands and it’s nice and slim. Whether it’s good value for money only time will tell but so far I’m really impressed with its performance. The only downside is the cost of replacement brush heads but compared with the cost of having your teeth cleaned and whitened it’s a small price to pay.

This took me a while to convince I needed but I assure you if you have an Oral B oscillating tooth brush this one will show you how dirty your teeth were!The Sonicare vibrations leave your teeth feeling smooth (so reduces plaque)Several different settings from standard clean to deep clean. Battery has a good life and the quality of the toothbrush feels nice in the hand

I will NEVER buy another Philips Sonicare product for my family or I. Overpriced and broken once again. First time a screw was loose causing a rattle which was repaired under warranty. Second time the power button does not work despite following all the troubleshooting advice on their support website.Would appear far too many customers have experienced either or both of these faults. For such an expensive electric toothbrush it's totally unacceptable for such issues to be so common.Outside of warranty I can't get any help and forced to buy new. Well I won't buy from Sonicare!Bluetooth connectivity poor. If phone screen turns off or you stop pressing the mode button periodically the sync fails and you have to start again. I find myself all too often holding phone in one hand with a finger on my screen and brush in the other constantly pressing a button to ensure the sync completes in full. This ultimately renders any real time monitoring of your brushing on your phone useless and therefore a pointless feature.Brush heads wear out far too quickly and long before the three months countdown expires despite not brushing too hard. The first day brush experience of a new head does not last more than two weeks showing wear and tear in the colour strip.Brush heads are too expensive so it makes for a very expensive toothbrush that is expensive to run. Not a good combination. Difficult to buy non-branded brush heads because they chip their brush heads forcing you to buy Sonicare.Look elsewhere. Anywhere but Philips Sonicare! Overpriced toothbrush. Overpriced brush heads. Far too temperamental with too many common faults for a so called 'Premium' toothbrush. Totally unacceptable. DONT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR DEALS. AVOID!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IN A FEW YEARS TIME!! X

Very happy with the brush overall and th brushing experience it's just amazing. The appearance is just great and quite light too. Very easy to use and change between the 4 modes. Delivery was fast and excellent.And as much as I wanted to give this 5* I couldn't because I am learning the batery is not as great as I imagined and I have friends who have the 9000 diamond clean and they say they charge it every 2 months and I don't understand how is it possible comparing to mine.Not quite sure what to think about the baterry overall. I think it lasted about 10 days after purchasing and charging it the first time then I charged it again Monday overnight of this week and used it on Tuesday morning of this week just to see that after only 3 days the battery indicator it's saying that charging is already needed. I am a bit shocked to be honest. Is this even normal? Has anyone experienced this? Or have they sent me a faulty one? Not sure what to believe after less than a month of use. Not that happy anymore.

The power and feel of the sonicare brushes are second to none. I’ve tried others but they don’t get anywhere near the squeaky clean feeling these brushes provide me with. I drink a lot of tea and I’m sure my teeth would be orange if it wasn’t for these being as good as they are! They have a pretty much 2 week battery life, several different settings to personalise your brushing and a nice premium feel to the handle and brush. This has a new style charger (a puck type, so a flat bottom body/handle, if you hope to use an old charger or case). Some come with connected apps and brush head change reminders but that’s not something I’ve ever used. Yes they have reliability issues, which infuriates me because I’ve had sonicare brushes for about 10 years and they still have the same problems with internal components breaking. But I have never once had the slightest problem with getting it repaired or replaced under warranty, so I keep coming back. If a £1000 phone can’t last much more than 2-3 years, should I really expect my £120 toothbrush to do better…?

After just three months of use, it began to rattle. On top of that, the battery indicator doesn’t only blink for the first two days after a full charge. Then it blinks white most of the time, which is pretty annoying. When it’s time to recharge, it blinks yellow. Poor quality and bad design - wouldn’t recommend.
