This is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever had. I have been using Braun for many years but this is far superior in every way. Since using this my gums are no longer sore and it is removing the stains on my teeth which was noticeable from the first time I used it. It is very comfortable to hold and is so easy to use. Charging is fast unlike my previous Braun. The design is brilliant and I love the colour. It fits nicely in my hands and it’s nice and slim. Whether it’s good value for money only time will tell but so far I’m really impressed with its performance. The only downside is the cost of replacement brush heads but compared with the cost of having your teeth cleaned and whitened it’s a small price to pay.

The best toothbrush I’ve ever had amazing clean

I will NEVER buy another Philips Sonicare product for my family or I. Overpriced and broken once again. First time a screw was loose causing a rattle which was repaired under warranty. Second time the power button does not work despite following all the troubleshooting advice on their support website. Would appear far too many customers have experienced either or both of these faults. For such an expensive electric toothbrush it's totally unacceptable for such issues to be so common. Outside of warranty I can't get any help and forced to buy new. Well I won't buy from Sonicare! Bluetooth connectivity poor. If phone screen turns off or you stop pressing the mode button periodically the sync fails and you have to start again. I find myself all too often holding phone in one hand with a finger on my screen and brush in the other constantly pressing a button to ensure the sync completes in full. This ultimately renders any real time monitoring of your brushing on your phone useless and therefore a pointless feature. Brush heads wear out far too quickly and long before the three months countdown expires despite not brushing too hard. The first day brush experience of a new head does not last more than two weeks showing wear and tear in the colour strip. Brush heads are too expensive so it makes for a very expensive toothbrush that is expensive to run. Not a good combination. Difficult to buy non-branded brush heads because they chip their brush heads forcing you to buy Sonicare. Look elsewhere. Anywhere but Philips Sonicare! Overpriced toothbrush. Overpriced brush heads. Far too temperamental with too many common faults for a so called 'Premium' toothbrush. Totally unacceptable. DONT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR DEALS. AVOID!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IN A FEW YEARS TIME!! X

This is my second Philips electric toothbrush, with my first being a 5000 series that had to be repaired twice. This toothbrush is like night and day better than my old one - quieter, with different modes that I want to use. This toothbrush feels like it is working and I am enjoying how clean my teeth feel. The toothbrush feels solid, looks good, and feels good in the hand. The only weak point is that the travel case is cheap and nasty and does not have any charging capability.

First handle that arrived was awful. The pressure sensor didn't work at all and it's operation was very loud to the point it was basically unusable. I put a different head on it, and this helped initially - but the second you pressed against your teeth to brush at all it was incredibly noisy again. Like a rattly vibration inside the handle. I ordered a new one and returned the broken one, and the new one is working 95% perfectly. There's still a loud vibration sound but only when i apply pressure a certain way (although still not going beyond it's 'recommended pressure') but it's forgivable. I expected a little better quality from these to be honest, considering the RRP of the item. However - I will say that coming from a different Oral-b electric brush to this one its certainly much better. More so than I expected. And at a steep discount it's fairly worth it. The app works great, but it's not something I plan on using much going forward - I just tested it out. Battery life is great so far. Would be 5-stars if the consistency and very likely the longevity of these handles & brush heads wasn't seemingly as bad. I fully expect based on my initial experience and other customer reviews here and elsewhere on the web that I'll have to get this handle replaced/fixed atleast once within the warranty period but only time will tell.

Really great brushing. Lightweight compared to others I’ve had. Charge lasts a good amount of time and charges quick when it’s needed. The different options for brushing are great for a thorough clean. Creat that it comes with a brush protector and hard case for travelling. For everything I got with the toothbrush and extra heads, it was a great price. The only downside is that the app needs to be open to track the brush, but you still get the vibration reminder, every 20 seconds, to change to a different part of the teeth to get a full clean

Great Toothbrush

You get what you pay for, and I definitely feel the difference with this toothbrush. Strong vibrations and excellent pressure. Perfect bristles and a smooth feeling clean ever time.
