They work well together. It was easy to set for my system. It's a very good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality *by D***B on 30 May 2019* This unit does an amazing job of gathering solar energy from the panels. I have good panel and with this controller I am able to get 20% more than the rated capacity of the panels. I oversized the controller and I glad I did. It doesn't overheat which is important for a non fan unit. One issue, the slots for the battery terminals are smaller than the cable I wanted to use. I ended up cutting out strands of the wire. You could also use smaller cable.
