The New Star Foodservice 7006957 Commercial Ice Cream Dipper Scoop Yellow 3-oz Size 12, scoops ice cream well. Ice cream did not stick to the scoop. I have only used it once but I think I am pleased. It is sturdy and is easy to hold. It is easy to hand wash.

This is hands down the best ice cream scoop out there. It uses your hand warmth to warm the scoop. I have had mine for over a year and love it. I just recently had to buy a new one because my husband accidentally put it in the dishwasher, but it wasn't the end of the world because it only costs $10 to replace.

The design of the handle feels comfortable in your hand. It's lightweight. **DO NOT PUT IN TIME DISHWASHER ** it will ruin the silver colored finish.

My FAVORITE thing, however, is how easily the ice cream COMES OUT of the scoop - no more having to stick my fingers into a cold treat and PUSH it out of the scoop. The ice cream literally just falls right out into the bowl. It's amazing.
